Meet the new Recon 3.0, a not-so-distant relative of its S-Works counterpart: built for speed, durability and comfort, and now lighter than ever.

Body Geometry: Like all Body Geometry shoes, the Recon 3.0 is ergonomically designed and scientifically tested to improve comfort, increase performance and reduce the chance of injury for every rider with patented technology, while improving power by 7 watts – validated by science.

Stride technology: Stride technology provides a flexible outsole and an upper around the toe combined with a rigid cleat pocket, allowing the shoe to flex easily when walking and remain rigid and efficient when pedaling.

High performance and efficiency: The Recon 3.0 inherits its cabling, Boa dial placement and carbon plate directly from our S-Works Recon. The two premium Boa Li2 dials offer optimized fit and adjustability, while the cable routing ensures a locked-in feel, minimizing movement inside the shoe. The carbon plate keeps the Recon 3.0 light and stiff for optimal power over the pedal, not to mention saving 10 grams over our previous generation.

Body Geometry technology allows you to deliver maximum power, increase efficiency and reduce the risk of injury by aligning the hip, knee and foot axis.

STRIDE toe-flex technology gives freedom of movement to the foot when walking and maintains stiffness when pedaling. Stiffness rating: 10.0
