- TURBO: The heart of the Vado S is its Turbo technology, an advanced, integrated e-bike system that offers an unmatched combination of power, natural feel, anti-theft features, training tips and a feature-packed on-board computer.
- POWERFUL: You’re still you, but faster. Specifically, four times faster. The Turbo Full Power System senses the force you apply to the pedals and multiplies your effort by four so you can tackle climbs without shedding a drop of sweat.
- COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENTIAL: Both body position and maneuverability are optimized to give you all the comfort, confidence and control you need. Hydraulic disc brakes help you master your speed, and the larger tires give you more traction for turning and braking.
- SOFT: We designed a custom testing mechanism to analyze even the smallest bumps for improved comfort and visibility. This precision, along with the suspension seatpost, larger volume tires and 80mm travel fork, make the road feel smoother and softer than silk.
- SECURE: The Vado S has an integrated anti-theft lock. Just press a button to turn the motor off and prevent theft. There are only two ways to turn it back on: have your phone connected to the Specialized app or enter your custom pin. As for the battery, you can lock it to leave it on the bike or remove it and take it with you. If someone tries to move the bike, an alarm will sound. 100% thief-proof!
- The Vado S has our Turbo Full Power 2.2 engine that reaches 45 km/h (L1E) and a 710 Wh battery.
- The MasterMind display shows you all the information you need about your bike. With it you can adjust the level of assistance in real time, optimize range, customize your experience in advanced settings, view diagnostics and access many other functions.
- Turbo System Lock: Use the Specialized app to turn off your bike’s engine and activate the motion sensor alarm. When the motor is locked, only the owner of the bike can restart it.
- The battery is integrated into the down tube and can be removed and locked. It is easy to charge and mount on the bike.
- It is equipped with DRYTECH mudguards, front and rear LED lights and a 27 kg HD rear rack. Child seats and rear axle trailers can be attached to the rack.
- Built-in Garmin radar detects vehicles approaching from behind at a distance of up to 140 meters. Warns you of the relative distance and speed of approaching vehicles through visual, audible and haptic alerts.
- The Enviolo AUTOMATiQ Internal Gear Hub (IGH) automatically adjusts gears based on your pedaling rate (cadence) and environmental conditions.
- With the battery’s long autonomy, you can travel up to 100 km or 4.5 hours on a single charge (in Eco mode).
- Compatible with the Turbo Basket (MIK adapter required) so you can carry everything you want.
