The lightest weight At just 1399 grams*, the Crux DSW is the lightest aluminum gravel frame in the world.
Combine that with our Fact12r Crux carbon fork and a construction designed for performance, and a full Crux DSW weighs 9.37kg—no aluminum gravel bike can compete.

Production frames may vary. More capacity More clearance means more capacity – that’s why the Crux DSW has the same clearance as its carbon sibling – 47mm and up to 2.1″ on a 650b wheel.
Combine this with the strong, lightweight aluminum frame, and the Crux DSW can take you anywhere you can imagine at full throttle. Ultra-Reactive Reactive on the pedals.
Flexible in the saddle.
We’ve used D’Aluisio Smartweld to fine-tune the properties of aluminium and deliver a ride that was previously impossible without carbon, and we’ve combined it with the same high-performance gravel geometry and competition-influenced fit as the carbon Crux.
A longer reach provides better weight distribution for a fast and safe ride, while a lower stack creates a performance position.
With 72mm bottom bracket drop, we’ve hit the nail on the head between agility and stability. D’Aluisio Smartweld D’Aluisio Smartweld – or DSW – is a proprietary engineering process that uses hydroforming to fine-tune tube-to-tube joints for better and stronger welds and ultimately a lighter frame that can be twice as durable as a traditional aluminum frame.
Our Smartweld technique helps us create a one-piece down tube and bottom bracket for the Crux, reducing weight and increasing responsiveness.
