• The whole travel of the world is useless without proper shock absorber tuning and kinematics.
  For the new design of the Stumpjumper EVO, we prioritized kinematic performance.
  Applying the lessons learned during the development of the Enduro, and then with over 1,000 hours of suspension lab and field development, we’ve not only improved the Stumpjumper’s pedaling performance, but made it more capable and agile.
  We increased the anti-squat, so the suspension better resists the action of pedaling, and we further improved the absorption performance in sudden impacts.
  In short?
  This bike shreds trails, not legs.
• The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is the most progressive yet.
  Long, low, launched, with short orquilla offset, more vertical seat tube angle – these are prerequisites for modern progressive riding.
  But not everyone rides the same way, which is why the geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is fully adjustable with six different settings.
  You can adjust the bottom bracket height by 10mm, you can adjust the head angle by two degrees, and you can make these adjustments independently.
  Finally, if you want to go into mullet mode, the EVO allows you to use a 27.5-inch rear wheel mated with a 29-inch front.
• Rider-First Engineered™ frames use ride-specific, sizing that ensures impeccable ride and performance, regardless of frame size or rider height.
  Whether you’re riding an S1, or you’re a giant DH aficionado who needs a long S6, you’ll experience the same riding characteristics: balanced front and rear stiffness, with the lightest possible weight.
• We introduced the SWAT™ gate on the Stumpjumper in 2016, adding space in the frame for everything you need, such as pumps and spare tubes.
  With the new Stumpjumper, we increased the volume and added a SWAT™ water bag, giving you an extra 22oz of water storage, the same size as a small water bottle, hidden in its down tube.
